Today, Tomorrow, and the rest of the Week

It's another scorcher in Florida.  I have been pulling weeds for about 30 minutes and I feel like throwing in the towel.  It has to be done.  We are getting rain about every other day.  The weeds/grass grows quicker. I'll probably get the mower and see how I feel after.  I don't want to pass out in the yard.  No one is home.


This week is starting out pretty good.  I have two previews, so far.  I have Southpaw on Monday and Pixels on Tuesday.  I wish I could add Wednesday and Thursday.  Maybe something will sneak up.  I might have overtime at work.  We are getting close to our deadline for renewals.  We definitely could use the money.  I also have to start listing on Ebay again.

The girls have to start getting ready for school soon.  I think they go back mid August.  I'm looking forward to that.  I'd rather they be cracking the books instead of looking at the Kindles.

 I'm sitting in my office at home.  All I can hear is the sound of chickens squawking. I think they are trying to encourage me to feed them.  I know when I go out, it will be like Ace Ventura and the animals flocking to him.  I do know they will squawk before laying an egg.  The roosters are non-stop with their calls!

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
