The Tipping Point! When Will Employers Pay Their Employees What They're Worth?

I went by Sonic yesterday. I had a free birthday milkshake. I entered it into the app. At the end, it asked if I wanted to go with the regular tip of 30%. They did not give a $0 choice. You could go under custom and put $0. Why not just pay your employees? If you have to raise prices, than so be it. I am tired of being asked to tip. You see it everywhere. This is for jobs that do not usually get tipped, like a clerk in a grocery store. Even the fast food places are ridiculous to ask for them. All while the CEO's make millions. I loved it when people of other countries came to America and ran into tipping. They refused to pay and said the employers should pay them what they are worth. Tipping is almost like the homeless holding out signs. Only these people are actually working, just not getting much in pay. The Republican way of life. They like letting big companies underpay their employees and give them meaningless insurance.

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
