A Tease of Fall

The last couple of days have been comfortable in Florida. The humidity disappeared. We had a breeze and it was not scorching hot. Alas, I don't think it will last. It is showing what we are getting ready for. I love the fall. Especially after hot summers. In North Carolina, October ushers in a great pattern. You can sleep with the windows open. Not in Florida. Even if it does cool down, mosquitos do not die so easily. If you want to go to the theme parks, now is the time.

 I'm sitting in my office at home.  All I can hear is the sound of chickens squawking. I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
