Great Wall, Pandas, and Mcdonald's

Buc ee's has come out as ultra conservative. They only want to build in red states. Why would a business do this? What happens if that state goes blue? Do they close their locations? I feel that they are really over rated. I like clean bathrooms. Their stores are like a three ring circus. They have plenty of clowns. The food was okay, but a little overpriced. The goods they sell look like they come out of a Rural King. Guess what? Every gas station has gas at almost the same price. No selling point there. I'd rather go to another station where I am not fighting for a pump and/or parking space. I have seen that. I looked forward to visiting one, but after I am not suffering from FOMO. Now that the CEO has put his 2 cents in the ring, I really don't feel the need to visit one. I would if I really was running out of gas and they were there or I really need to use the bathroom and it was the next choice. I will put it in the category of businesses like Chick ...

I have seen that food manufacturers have a new selling point protein. You have commercials where kids are going crazy because it has protein in their food. This has to be the most lame selling point I have ever seen. I know I could care less. My kids would not act that way. I guess they are going for the Tik Tok affect. If they show teens acting stupid about protein, then they hope it will start a trend. This would be like having a commercial where kids find out something is healthy for them. What is the point? Are kids really crazy about protein? Will this lead to steroids in our food and that becomes the next selling point? I bet Pete Hegseth would love it if they would add extra testosterone in food and made that a selling point!
