Is it Safe?

This line comes from a great 70's movie called Marathon Man. I think it should apply to females going to college parties. If my daughters had gone to college, I would have told them to stay away or be ultra careful. Do not accept drinks from anyone. Do not leave your drink unattended. Make sure you have someone with you at all times. Do not go into any strangers room alone with that person. When it comes to these campuses, they don't care to protect females. It seems like the males well being always comes first. I remember trump's first term. His education secretary did her best to weaken protections for females. Maybe her son was accused of r*pe? Maybe, since trump has a history, he sought those protections. I hope some justice will be served for the girl from Cornell, but I doubt it will come from the police. I was listening and the AG seems very doubtful, saying that she said it was consensual. I have a problem with that. It sounds like she was underage and they plied her with alcohol and drugs. When they come into play, I don't see how anyone can be held to agreeing to anything.

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
