Go Local! Support Your Farmers/Ranchers!

I took a step in supporting our local farmers/ranchers. I think all people in the US should do this. Find a local place that sells what is grown and/or raised in your community/state/country. With all these recalls, who knows what these corporations are selling us. I found a local butcher and bought some ground beef. Everyone said it tasted great and was actually cheaper than Wal-Mart. We plan to look harder into these places. I want my money to go to the people who actually do the work, not some conglomerate! When you buy meat in the US, the USDA protects the companies, not the people. Especially under this president! Nothing he does protects our country. It's almost like he is actually trying to ruin the United States! I know Putin would be pleased with him!

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
