Rain, Rain Go Away!

This summer we wanted rain. It was so dry and hot. Now we are getting it. It falls quicker than it disappears. At my house, it is washing sand away. I went out trying to dig some up and replenish. It is a losing battle. We have a tractor, but gues what? It takes diesel. We'd have to take out a loan just to fill the tank. The fall quickly approaches. Lovebugs are in full bloom. If you see someone's car with bug splatters, they have probably been to Florida.

 I'm sitting in my office at home.  All I can hear is the sound of chickens squawking. I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
