Physical Media is Making a Comeback or Should!

The streamers are screwing its customers again. Disney has rewritten contracts to allow them to force commercials on us. It guess this has always been the plan. Get people addicted to streaming and little by little start bringing in commercials. They didn't forget to keep raising prices. I think I might reevaluate the ones we subscribe to. I really don't watch Disney, Netflix or the others. I find Tubi to be my favorite. Yes they play commercials, but they do not charge for access. These streamers are getting out of hand. Streaming is now cable done digitally. I think I will stick to physical media. Really, I don't care much for the new movies. I do wish the prices would drop for older movies. I find it ridiculous to pay 30-40 for a movie from the 70's/80's. The only reason is the companies keep it out of circulation. That drives up prices. Think about your streaming fees and what is worth paying for. In harder times, is it worth paying for if you don't watch it that much. Also, if they put out substandard crap, like Disney+. I forgot to mention that they control what you see. If you like a movie, you might not find it on streaming. They especially do not like showing older, better, movies. It is probably because people will compare to the stuff they are currently making. Look at video games. They are going to digital only. That means, they can take them away from you if they want to.

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
