Trump is driving our country over a cliff. The Republicans are cheering him on. Now his fascist government is talking about leaving NATO. Why? Because they wouldn't join us in a war we started. I guess he didn't see they were not big fans of Russia starting war with Ukraine. Then, trump insults them everyday. He threatens to take European territory. Yet, Republicans are fine with it. He's destroying our country to make Russia look better. Who knew that republicans would be so willing to get into bed with Putin! I guess they like his white supremacist views. Maybe they like his rigged elections that keep them in power. I just wish politicians would speak up against all of this. Democrats are weak and still believe in not rocking the boat.
This week, my phone died. I could not believe it. I was looking on it and it goes black. I have my wife look at it. She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud. I start looking at it again. Then, it dies again. This time it is for good. She called TMobile. They wanted me to enter passwords. I could not remember them. They were on the phone. Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something. Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone. Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11. If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300. I went with the same model. Now I just need to get it. I find myself lost without my phone.
They had some elections yesterday. Two locations in Florida flipped to Democrat. They voted for the Republican in the last election. One is in Trump's neighborhood. He had put his name behind the republican. He's going to push harder for his voter suppression bill. That bill is evil. If a woman is married and takes their husband's last name, it could keep them from voting. It also goes after college students and the elderly. Let's hope that bill fails.
Not only are the republicans holding pay for TSA agents, but they are aggravating the situation by adding ICE to airports. From what I have seen, they just hang out and harass minorities. When not doing that, they are looking over the shoulders of the hard-working agents. That would piss me off. To have these lazy secret police hanging out and getting paid while I had to work for no pay! I'd walk off. It is not worth it. I know they have families and bills to pay. The grifter president does not care. He's making money off of insider trading and weapon sales that his family has invested in. He really does not care. Plus, he says he won't sign a bill unless his voter suppression bill gets passed.
Why do people work for trump? You're only as good as he can use you. If you are successful, it is because trump let you be that way. If you're a failure, it's not trump's fault. It's because he thought you were better than you turned out to be. If you go against him, your name will be mud. What is the upside? I guess if you're corrupt, you can cash in. If you have skeletons in your closet, I'm sure trump would exploit them. I think only the corrupt and stupid work for him.
The other night, our neighbor complained about our dog barking at night. She said it was all night, but that was an exaggeration. Why would our dog bark? Well, he's a farm dog. He sleeps during the day and works at night. His barking is to keep predators away. Before him, we lost a bunch of chickens. We were new to chickens, so we did not understand everything we needed to do. If you do start, chicken coops from farm stores are not predator-proof. Not only that, but they also tend to last about a year before they fall apart due to weather rotting. Our dog has done a great job. I just hope that if something happens to him, we can find a replacement just as good.
It's time for corned beef and cabbage, Irish soda bread, and green beer. Well, I could do without the green beer. I'm ready for the food, though. My daughters love it. I just wish the size of the meat were bigger and not so fatty. Once you cook it, the fat dissolves, leaving a smaller amount of meat. I do miss Shamrock Shakes, but my health and their cost stop me from indulging. If you're celebrating, have a fun day!
Another waste of TV time. I did not waste time on this. It's all preordained and usually lacks any surprises. I guess they would say they had a surprise when they gave Sean Penn a 3rd Oscar and he didn't show again. Will that change? No. They will do it again and be shocked when he does not show. How did Weapons get a nomination? Nothing against the actress. She has always been great. The Academy tends to ignore horror movies. Was this their "you've been in Hollywood and Never Won an Award, Award"? I really can't stand the active campaigns. It makes choices a popularity contest and not about the performance and any other job done. It was made worse by people like Weinstein. He paid lots of money for the Oscars. Half the time, the movies would not have received the Oscar if done by the work done. Who remembers Shakespeare in Love? I bet the actress does not even remember being in it. The English Patient? Does anyone even watch that anymore. I will say Ralph Fiennes is an amazing actor. Once again, the rich have proven that once money is involved, it will destroy whatever it champions. Just look at our politicians. Most are bought and paid for. They only work for their minders.
I can remember the past when concerts were reasonably priced. Now, a monopoly is charging as much as it can. They think it's hilarious that we, the consumers, are stupid enough to keep paying. I, for one, will bow out. Why waste money so some ex-frat boy can get a big bonus? If we stopped going, it might make them change. If artists stopped touring until change is made, it would force that change. As long as they can pay bribes to trump, they will not be regulated by him or his excuse of a DOJ. They think DOJ is defense of J trump! Consumers will always be the losers under this president. Don't worry, as you continue to pay high prices and fees, he will tell you that you are paying less! Have fun believing him!
The US is trying to show how tough it is by belittling their critics. They use taunts and other things children do on a playground. Do they really think this makes them look tough? Our secretary of defense seems like a bully that has a bigger person standing behind him. I’m sure his tough talk and blunder causes others to laugh at him. I miss when we had real leadership in charge.
Before you buy that chocolate candy, check the ingredients. I looked at Cadbury chocolate. Now it’s just chocolate. The used corn syrup, milk, chemicals and chocolate water. They found a new way to extort people buying chocolate without using real chocolate. Another reason to cut back on candy. I guess they’re are taking a page from McDonald’s. Who knows what is in their meat.
Our idiot president has told the masses we should be happy with high gas prices. Says a rich person who does not even pay for gas. This person is an idiot. It is more like his rich friends who are benefiting from this. Surprising since they own him (if you are wondering how he is getting so rich). That and foreign bribes he receives. I guess as long as his underlings are cashing in, they will continue to look the other way.
I miss the past. When I was younger, there would be a new movie coming out. Now they are coming back to film and television with Friday the 13th. I'm worried they are going to try too hard to go into the myth of Jason or some weird reason like his family were satanists and Jason was Rosemary's Baby. I don't know what to expect. As of today, there is no interesting movie coming out. They should have released In a Violent Nature 2 today. It would have probably done well. I did watch the old movies recently. They are kind of slow, and characters make some really stupid decisions. They would just stand there and scream as Jason set up to kill them. If it were me, I would run into him or just do something to stop my death. Now, they just put really hateful teens in these movies. You are happy to see them die. I hope they fix that, also. What's the point if you don't care for someone, other than Jason.
Trump is at it again. Using his power to manipulate stocks. Yesterday, while stocks were sinking, he announced that the war was almost over. I doubt that. He did this to play with the market. Gas even went down a little. He probably wishes gas could increase, and the market would do the same. His family bought in early because of insider information. I guess corruption is allowed as long as you don't cross the king. Then, he'd have his puppet in DOJ go after them.
I took my daughters to Hoppers this weekend. It is another great Pixar movie. The voice talents were excellent. There were even some surprises. Pixar does not sell its animation by the actors who voice the characters. That is the way it should be. I really would not see an animated movie because some A-lister voices a character. If a studio sells the movie by naming the talent, it probably sucks, and they are desperate to get people into theaters.
It does not look like Trump has a reason for war. To me, it looks like he has plenty. He is doing the bidding of Israel, Russia, and Saudi Arabia. He is doing it to cash in through stocks and other ways. He is using it because he thinks that people will not vote against him during a war. He is also trying to change the subject from the Epstein files. Really, I can not see how people can ignore what the rich are doing to children. They are sick and deserve to be punished. Other countries have already arrested their perverts. We glorify them. Just the other day, they had a religious picture for the masses. I don't know how a bunch of "religious" people touching a child molester gets people to believe he is in any way holy. Some are buying it. That is why I do not put much faith in organized religion. It's all about money and power to them. Jesus did not preach that. He did not preach hate. That is where America is.
I read that DVD's are making a comeback. I love them. I would rather have the physical copy than to wait on a streamer to play it. There are some movies that streamers are not releasing. Probably too old. Older movies are better. They didn't use CGI or if they did, it was very little. Actors were much better. Nowadays, the actors are 20 somethings portraying 30 somethings. There is too much CGI. The stories are paint by number. Seems like studios do not want to take chances. Older directors are dying. Some of the newer ones do not have much creativity. They do what the producers want them to do, without putting their own input.
The Epstein Administration is coming up with all kinds of excuses for starting a war. Trump says it's because they were targeting him. Iran has hated him for a long time. He executed one of their generals. If that were an issue, why wait? He could have done it last year, since he thinks he is a king. Rubio, his toady, claims we attacked because Iran was going to attack us. That is from a movie. It is called Minority Report. In it, police depend on psychics to point out people who are going to commit a crime, so they can arrest them before they commit it. He goes on to say, " Look at all the weapons pointed at targets." They have always been paranoid. With Israel and the US lobbing missiles, what else would you expect? I bet trump and his cronies invested in stocks before starting this war. He was partying the day the missiles started to fly. What a caring and sympathetic president.
Paramount is going to buy Warner Bros. Is that a great deal? I don't think so. WB had lots of debt. Now, Paramount is adding to that debt by buying WB. They will fire duplicate service employees. They will make fewer movies, even after promising more. Netflix came out of it with a 2.8 billion payoff. I do think Netflix should start moving some films to theaters. They really need to win the trust of Hollywood. They might think people prefer movies on a small screen. I disagree. If it's worth seeing on a big screen, then that is my preference. I can not say I look forward to many Netflix movies that make. They seem like the straight-to-video type of movies that flooded video stores. On top of that, I hear that productions have to dumb down their storytelling to appeal to people who do not pay full attention. If they can start going into theaters, they can win over the actors/directors who fought against them. I think a 2 to 3 week window with wiggle room would be great. Most movies do not last that long. If it sells well, they can override removing it. I always hated when we got stuck with an awful movie. Little did I know that movie corporations would book crap and tell theaters that if they did not play it, they would not be able to play a future blockbuster that they know will sell.
Trump has gotten the US into another war. If people saw his mouth moving when he promised no new wars, then you already knew he was lying. Now he's saying he did it because they infiltrated the 2020 election. We all know that it is BS. He's trying to mess with 2026, where his party should get decimated. He's also going to make it harder for our country to be trusted. He was close to an agreement and then bombed them. I guess Israel didn't care and wanted him to bomb anyway. Seems like they should pay for this war, but it will be borne by taxpayers. Trump and his cronies will cash in. Time to demand the Epstein Files get released. I believe that Trump was not only a customer of Epstein's but probably a partner. All these countries are using that information to get him to do their bidding. Seems like a lot of politicians fall under this, also. Both sides of the aisle. That is why older democrats are treading carefully.
This is nothing bad about Miami, however if you drive there be very careful. We were in the area and saw many accidents. Cars flipped over on 95. Multiple lanes closed. We even were almost in accidents. You see a lot of racing. You also see people who are lost and think they can go across many lanes to get off highways.
We got to take our children to an amazing concert. Laurie Berkner is a singer who does children’s music. Her songs are fun and catchy. My eldest saw her 20 years ago when she was 5. She loved it. All the people were singing along. If you want gods music for children without politics, religious indoctrination, bad words, etc, check her out. I even found myself singing along!
I woke to the news that the ex-prince Andrew was arrested. France and other countries are going out of their way to investigate the Epstein files. All while Republicans and boot lickers protect the rich pedophile scum in America. How much are they getting to protect them? Who knows! I can tell you Republicans are not the party of family, unless your family is made of rich pedophiles. That's not a family I want to be associated with. Don't worry, trump will try distract with a war against Iran. Then, he hopes everyone's attention will be with the troops. I don't think we should be doing Israel's bidding. If they want war, let them do it without our taxes paying for it.
So, our government is scared of Colbert interviews. He did an interview with Rep. James Talarico from Texas. CBS told Colbert he could not show the interview. He brought it to YouTube. Do yourself a favor and watch it. Trump and his minions do not want you to see it. That makes it important to watch. When I was younger, I went out of my way to read banned books.
Crime 101 came out this week. I don't want to see it. It looks like a lesser version of Heat, with lower-level actors. It just does not look that good. Maybe it looks like an algorithmic movie you would see on Netflix. If you see it, enjoy. I'll wait for Heat 2, which is in production. It is from a book that the director wrote with another author. I believe he has a trilogy in mind.
Things are warming back up in Florida. We had a big storm last night. Once the lightning started flashing, our transformer exploded. Well, that is the sound we heard. Then, the rain started to fall. This was around 7:30. They said it would be about 9:00 before we got our power back. Twenty or so minutes later, I heard radio chatter outside. My wife said the guy took a long pole and hit a switch. I'm guessing it had surge protection. A minute later, it was back on. The rest of the night was okay. I did not see a lot of branches down. That happens after most storms. One almost hit my car.
So, Maxwell took the 5th and asked for clemency, so she can clear trump and Clinton. She would be lying. She claims not to be a part of the Epstein conspiracy. The victims know better. I believe them over any of these people in Epstein's files. The US needs to dig deeper and do a real investigation. They will not. They are loyal to trump and his pedo buddies. Isn't it trump who said if you take the 5th, you are guilty? We know she is. Look at Rick Scott. How many times did he take the 5th. Now, his ill-gotten money moved him into a position of power.
They sucked! I have not seen any commercial worth watching. The upcoming movies did nothing for me. It filled me with dread to see all the sequels and reboots. Who is clamoring for a He-Man movie? Jared Leto looks like he is wearing a Halloween skull mask. It will be another failure. The comic book movies looked boring. It's like we've seen them before in a better movie. They seem to have taken the humor from the commercials. In addition, they are forcing AI down our throats. The more we embrace it, the more people lose their jobs. If you expect trump and his minions to do anything about it, you are wrong. They will cash in.
Trump is letting his racism shine. He posted a racist cartoon dealing with the Obamas. Really, it should not surprise anyone. All his communications include racist dog whistles, meant for his racist followers. When he was younger, he and his father were brought up on charges of not renting to minorities. When he was doing a Casino hearing, he exclaimed that who knows if they are even Indians. When people claimed his speech against Hispanics was racist, he showed people a taco salad and said I eat their food. When it comes to Black people, he used the I have friends who are black comment. Those who are his "friends" are opportunistic. They are hoping to get rich by association. It never works, and they just become fall guys for his scams.
A YouTuber has made a very low-budget movie that made more than most expensive Hollywood movies. What message will Hollywood take? They will throw millions at YouTubers to make movies. When they all fail, the experiment will all be over. I wish they would just provide smaller budgets to upcoming directors. We need a Roger Corman. He financed low-budget movies with certain things he hoped to see. Current big directors cut their teeth in his film camps. Even a streamer could afford to take the playbook he had and create a division that does just that.
I was watching a preview and saw a movie about human smugglers. The smugglers were dirty-looking, gang-like people. Then I look at the Epstein case. These were clean, unsuspecting billionaires who preyed on children to traffic. It's like when they used to show killers in movies. They were always portrayed as deranged. Someone that a parent could point out and say, "Stay away from him, he's dangerous". With all the serial killers out there, most are quiet, clean-cut, and very unassuming. Maybe Hollywood needs to portray sex traffickers as rich white people. Children should be wary of them. But yet, our politicians still protect them. Why? Money. Those people own them.
We survived the big freeze, part 1. Hopefully, there will not be future parts. But, with this weather who knows. No pipes broke. It did for our neighbor. We did have chicken die, but it was health related and not the cold. We tried to keep them warm. I do think some plants have died.
You probably think this is another ice storm story. No. Jason Stathom came out with a new movie. My wife and kids went to see it. If you are into his lone guy who kicks everybody's butts movies, then this is for you. It may not be new, but it is satisfying. Go check it out!
It is here. We in Florida have gone below 30 Degrees. It is cold outside. I feel like I need to go to the store and buy milk and bread. We spent yesterday trying to winterize everything. I put up the rabbits and the goats. I put a tarp around the goats. I bet it was still cold for them. My wife winterized the trailer. Basically, we wrapped any pipes we could find. Hopefully, no pipe bursts. Our pipes were not made for this kind of weather. I did hear of some snow being seen in Florida. Not here. We have one more day of extreme cold. Time to look for those gloves. Tomorrow, I might have to wait on ice to melt from the windshield.
Sam Raimi is back. I can't wait to see Send Help. It looks like Castaway with violence. If you have not seen the trailer, it is about a woman who is overlooked for a promotion and generally harassed by her boss. They go on a flight, where the plane crashes. The woman and her boss are the only survivors. She has the skills to survive. He is still arrogant and injured from the accident. It looks like a fun movie. Go see it if it is out in your area.
It looks like Florida is going to continue with its cold weather. We even have predictions that it might go down to the teens. We moved here to escape the freezing weather. I know once it passes, we'll be back to the 70's and 80's. I wonder why I can't get over my cough. I just hope our pipes do not burst.
In the 90's, Clint Eastwood did a movie called Absolute Power. It's about a thief who witnesses a murder involving the secret service. When I think of this movie, I think of Trump. Here is a man who has this power, but also has some really big skeletons in his closet. I think he will do anything to stop them from coming out. One of the things he wants to keep secret is the Epstein files. I think that he is right up there with Epstein. He wasn't just a friend, but a partner in pedophilia. What would he do to silence victims and/or witnesses? Just imagine. Putin is someone he looks up to. You see how he deals with critics.
We are in a cold snap. It went from the 70's to the 30's. I arrived home and found a yard project awaiting me. We had a leaking pipe. I had to change and take over the digging. I got to the pipe, but I could not see where the leak was. We had to turn it back on. I found it was not where I was digging. I had to expand the hole to expose more pipe. Then we found it. A fracture in the pipe. We could have called a plumber, but I did not want to spend the money. The wind was getting colder, and we were losing light. I did manage to cut out the bad section and put on couplings. I need to join the couplings to the new pipe. At this point, we had no light, and it was cold. We had to do without water for the night. The next day, I went out in the freezing air to enlarge the hole. At this point, I could join the couplings to the pipe. We turned on the water, and no leaking. My guess is that it would have cost $500 or more to have a plumber fix it. I was looking at the next week, and we are going to be cold. I hope the chickens can make it.
It looks like republicans are conflicted. When a white guy goes shooting protesters in the past, he is celebrated. However, when a protester has a gun, with a license to carry, and gets shot, they blame him for having a gun. Doesn't that contradict their master, the NRA? Then, on top of that, they tell everyone he pulled a gun to shoot ICE members. The video from many people is quite clear. It was a public execution. Who is allowed to carry? Only white racists who want to kill minorities? Big Brother is telling us that ICE can break down your door with a warrant signed by another ICE member. What happens if a gun owner defends their house and family from the police state?
Another person has been killed by trump’s Gestapo. This is disgusting. I don’t know why he is worried about Iran, while he is advocating his Gestapo to kill people as they kidnap others. It’s time for politicians to shut his Gestapo down. Yet, democrats are still voting to fund them. This is why money needs to be taken out of politics! Millionaires own politicians on both sides!
While the rest of the north is bracing for a mega ice storm, we are getting ready for warm weather. I think we may get some cooler weather. It will not be in the form of ice. Ice on power lines is not good. North Carolina is bracing for mass power outages. Milk and bread is hard to find. They are going through what we in Florida go through during hurricanes.
The Oscar nominations came out today. Some are worth it, but a lot was missed. No Other Choice was totally ignored. That even includes foreign pictures. Sinners was multi nominated. Miles Claton was ignored. I like that Delton Linda was nominated, but I feel it was more for his years in film and television. I hope Kpop Demon Hunters wins best animated film. I will miss the show. Just another self congratulatory awards show! My favorite actors/actresses are the character actors/actresses.
It looks like Dear Leader trump is making America a pariah. No country wants anything to do with us. Only the countries that own trump speak to him. Yet, our Senate and House ignore all his crimes and abuse of power. Weak Democrats are still wondering what they can say without offending republicans. Some do not even want to get rid of the American Gestapo (ice). They want to retrain them to be nicer. Maybe they should train them to stick to the borders and stop bothering everyone that is not as white as they are.
I watched videos on 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. Most were good. Then, I saw a few accusing it of being "woke" (White Supremacists' way of saying it was done by a non-white), it failing miserably after the first weekend, and equating the release date with a bad movie. The direction was great. She made it her own. Good movies tend to start out slow and make more money due to word of mouth. I would be very wary of movies that do great on the first weekend. Next week, people will be shocked by how it dropped by half or more. Finally, I hate when people say only bad movies are released during certain months. The Matrix was released in March. Not exactly the blockbuster date that these people would have expected. Look how much it made. Then, there was the re-release of Star Wars in the 90's. It was released in February and blew away the box office. Why? I think it's because people want to see great movies on the screen. No need to remake it, just clean it up, enhance the audio, and release it again. Most remakes are the same story with a younger, more "hip" cast. They suck.
I’m watching a cruise video and this couple is going on about all that is included on Disney. Included is in the eye of the beholder. You have to look at the overall charge. That stuff that is included is costing you. You have to look at a company that does not include it. Then look at what those add ins would cost you. Free soda? Is it cheaper than same cruise on Carnival with or without a drink package? Those Disney gifts? They are not costing Disney much. I bet it’s included in your cost.
The other day I went out to feed the chickens. I noticed one was missing. This Guinea fowl was different from our other 7. Most are a dark gray with speckles. This particular bird was a light gray, almost white. We incubated her. When let out amongst the others, she was an outsider. The Guineas would run her off. The chickens stayed away from her. Today, I drove by our neighbors and there was a pile of white. I was not thinking. I thought it was frost. Later in the day, my neighbor called about a package being mis delivered. As I walked to her house I got to see the white mess close up. It was a pile of feathers from our missing bird.
So, I stand corrected. The title of the 2nd 28 Years Later is called The Bone Temple. I wasn’t able to see it. I took my daughter, who is visually impaired, it was at an AMC theater. We asked for the device that was supposed to enhance it for her. After sitting through like 8 previews, the movie started. Unfortunately for my daughter, it did not start for her. I even tried to get them to replace it. It turns out there was a technical issue. They were gracious enough to give us a return pass. As for the movie, it was a great continuation. Some loose ends were tied up. You know there will be a third, but they leave the story without any clues. You do get rewarded at the end! I just wish the kid who played Spike was given more time. Hopefully, he will have more time in the third movie!
28 Years Later part 2 is out. I can't wait to see it. Word is that this movie is better than the first one. The first 28 Years Later was the intro and set up. I bet the 3rd one will be the best. We'll just have to wait and see.
Florida has frost! I went out this morning, and there was frost on the car. If it had rained, there would have been snow. No rain! I think we might have a second chance on Sunday. It has been a cooler winter. I bet some would say this proves that global warming does not exist. I'd trust scientists over conspiracy theorists paid by oil companies.
I am listening to Chaos Charles Manson, The CIA, and the History of the Sixties by Tom O'Neill. This book really shines a light on the US government. People wonder why they don't trust the government. What I am hearing seems a lot like what we are going through now. I wouldn't put it past trump to use these tactics. He does not let laws get in his way. He bends them to fit his needs. After this book, you might wonder if Manson was encouraged to do what he did. Now we have a president who is willing to protect murderers, as long as they are doing it in his name. This is some real Nazis BS. Just look, they are also using Nazi slogans.
If you look at the social sites, you see all these protests. You have everyone protesting trumps dictorial take, Trump's SS killing and attacking protesters, Iran, Venezuela, and Greenland. It's crazy! What do the politicians in America do? Nothing. Well, those who have the power do nothing. They just keep praising their dear leader. The sad thing is, normal people can not compete with the billionaires who own the politicians and judges. The Supreme Court does not use the law for decisions. They use religion and obscure rulings to protect the rich! Then you have ICE. They remind me of those white supremacists who would go into the woods on the weekend to prepare for the race wars. Now, trump has given them that power. They just become more like the Nazis every day. They are going door to door looking for immigrants. Does that remind you of anything? Just imagine, the next Anne Frank is hiding in a house while people are disappearing every day.

The US kidnapped Maduro out of Venezuela. Now they are telling Venezuelans to go back home to enjoy their country. They are really being oblivious. They may have removed the leader, but his party still controls the situation. Nothing has changed. If they go back, they will probably be arrested and killed. They really have not studied the past. If they did, they would see that what they did does not work. Most of the time, a worse leader arises. Just look at Iran. The US administration acts like everything is great, and it's time to move on to Greenland. We all know it's because Trump does not want the pedophile list to come out. He's protecting himself and people like him. It's disgusting!
I saw a story that Leonardo DiCaprio is concerned that if Netflix buys WB, movies in theaters will end. I don't know if he is paying attention, but it has been going this way for years. With all the mergers and consolidations, fewer companies are making movies. I look at future schedules, and it seems only 1 movie per week is coming out. Even when there are movies out there, theaters are not picking them up. I want to see No Other Choice. No theaters are picking it up in my area. As desperate as they are, you'd think they'd show it. It is a Korean movie. If DiCaprio is concerned, he needs to advocate for film companies to be broken up under antitrust laws. Hollywood needs competition. Film companies also need to stop throwing all their money into sequels and comic book movies. We need more smaller, dramatic movies. We need comedies. We need movies that depend on story and acting. Right now, it seems they are more concerned with spectacle. Also, comic book movies are very repetitive. If I see one more story about who is in Avengers Doomsday, I am going to scream. Just let the damn movie come out. People want to know everything before it even comes out.
It looks like we are joining Russia in taking over countries. Of course, trump wants you to believe it is about drugs. But between his and his son’s drug use, I don’t think that is possible. He’s going after their oil and minerals. Now, he is giving the green light to other dictators to do the same. Our road into authoritarianism continues. Will anyone stop it?
We survived another year. Did you stay up late? I was in bed by 9. I did wake up around 11. I could see fireworks going off in the distance. I’m not a big fan of staying up late. Those shows they do suck! They have performers lip sync their songs. Usually, most is filmed on a different day. I stopped watching a long time ago.
