Jaws

By -
In 1975, Steven Spielberg released Jaws. It was a movie based on a book by Peter Benchley. It is about a great white shark creating havoc during the summer in coastal town. This movie created nightmares for many people. People were scared to go into the ocean. This movie was also one of the earlier blockbusters. It starred Roy Scheider, Richard Dreyfuss and Robert Shaw. The filming around the movie is as interesting as the story itself. Spielberg took a direction that has proven to be very successful. Less is more. Meaning the shark was not shown much in the first half of the movie. Part of that is because the mechanical shark malfunctioned and did not look real. If you have not seen this, you need to. It is entertaining and shows the ealy work of a master director. Amazon is running a great deal on the 4k. Check it out before it goes up in price. Jaws 4K Buy Now

Crazy Chickens

I'm sitting in my office at home.  All I can hear is the sound of chickens squawking. I think they are trying to encourage me to feed them.  I know when I go out, it will be like Ace Ventura and the animals flocking to him.  I do know they will squawk before laying an egg.  The roosters are non-stop with their calls!

I Feel Lost

By -
This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

Stock Manipulation

Trump is at it again.  Using his power to manipulate stocks.  Yesterday, while stocks were sinking, he announced that the war was almost over.   I doubt that.  He did this to play with the market.  Gas even went down a little.  He probably wishes gas could increase, and the market would do the same.  His family bought in early because of insider information.  I guess corruption is allowed as long as you don't cross the king.  Then, he'd have his puppet in DOJ go after them.
