Premeditated R*pe

You know their is Premeditated Murder? Why Not Premeditated Rape? Lawmakers, feel free to use this way of thinking. It should be a crime that is elavated to something more serious then just rape. It would show planning, use of things like drugs and alcohol, etc. I think that once drugs and alcohol are introduced, consent should not be 100%. I don't know how you would find an acceptable way for it. My thought would be if a person is under the influence than sex is out of the question, especially if the other is in a zombie like status or passed out. For a guy to go to a party looking for a woman who is passed out should be considered premeditated. What would be the alternative. I was walking around and I saw her passed out and tripped and we had sex? I do like the idea of an anti sex condom. I read about it somewhere. A woman uses it to prevent rape. If a guy enters, it embed lots of litte needles that would need a medical expert to remove. When it comes to some kind of parties, Frat Parties, sex is part of it whether the person is willing or not. They use drugs and alcohol to coerse consent.

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

Stock Manipulation

 Trump is at it again.  Using his power to manipulate stocks.  Yesterday, while stocks were sinking, he announced that the war was almost over.   I doubt that.  He did this to play with the market.  Gas even went down a little.  He probably wishes gas could increase, and the market would do the same.  His family bought in early because of insider information.  I guess corruption is allowed as long as you don't cross the king.  Then, he'd have his puppet in DOJ go after them.
