Great Wall, Pandas, and Mcdonald's

In the 80's a vampire movie with an interesting take came out. It was called Fright Night. The story is Dracula meets Rear Window. A teen sees something at his neighbor's house. When he tries to get help, no one will listen to him. This movie had some great actors. Chris Sarandon, Roddy McDowall, William Ragsdale, and Amanda Bearse. Stephen Geoffreys did an excellent job as the crazy friend. If you like Vampires, than check this out. They did do a sequel and a remake. As for the remake, I can not speak for that one. It did have a great cast. Anton Yelchin, Colin Farrell, and David Tennant were in the movie. I am not a big fan of remakes of movies that were good. You know their is Premeditated Murder? Why Not Premeditated Rape? Lawmakers, feel free to use this way of thinking. It should be a crime that is elavated to something more serious then just rape. It would show planning, use of things like drugs and alcohol, etc. I think that once drugs and alcohol are introduced, consent should not be 100%. I don't know how you would find an acceptable way for it. My thought would be if a person is under the influence than sex is out of the question, especially if the other is in a zombie like status or passed out. For a guy to go to a party looking for a woman who is passed out should be considered premeditated. What would be the alternative. I was walking around and I saw her passed out and tripped and we had sex? I do like the idea of an anti sex condom. I read about it somewhere. A woman uses it to prevent rape. If a guy enters, it embed lots of litte needles that would need a medical expert to remove. When it comes to some kind o...

today's movie is Friday the 13th. Really, I prefer 1-4 and maybe 6 and 7. I really hated the crossover with Freddy and the remake. The remake had a cast that you wanted Jason to kill all of them. The first movie is interesting. If you have seen it, you know why. The third movie introduced the hockey mask. Kevin Bacon was in the first movie. Crispin Glover wss in the 4th one with Corey Feldman. Different actors played Jason. I thought Kane Hodder made a great Jason. I was lucky enough to meet him and he signed my Jason Goes to Hell poster. Tom Savini did some special effects on the first and maybe one other. i remrmber this scaring me as a child. I also bought a teally cool 3d Friday the 13th part 3 poster. Unfortunately it did not make it from California when we moved east. I did try showing one of my daughters. She said it was boring. The movie is about a camp that reopens after some grisly murders take place after the drowning of a boy named Jason Vorhees. Who c...
