Movie Night: Tarzan

I got tickets for this movie the other day.  It looks like Michelle and I will be enjoying it.  Kiersten said no as soon as I mentioned it.  Michelle hadn't really seen anything, so she gave the preview a chance.  Halfway into it, she said she wanted to see it.  I had my doubts when I heard it was being made.  Between the 80's and 90's there were a couple of Tarzan movies.  I was not a big fan of those, even the Disney version was a let down.  I still can't figure out how Tarzan can go sliding around tree branches and not tear up his feet (Disney version).  I guess they had him do that to appeal to snowboarding kids.  This Tarzan looks good.  They have to great actors and a good director.

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
