Asleep by 9:00

I got home around 9:30 last night.  I was hoping to change and fall into bed asleep.  Elana had different plans.  Angie said she had tons of energy and kept crawling around the bed.  I got changed and brought her onto the futon.  Shortly after laying down, she was asleep.  I was too lazy to get up.  I just slept on the futon.  It's not the best place to sleep, but I am getting used to it.  Eventually, we'll try to her to sleep alone.  What's the rush!  She's only been with us for about a month.  I'm sure she is still processing the changes in her life.  Not only that, but she can't see things.  I do not think her ability to do things is slowed down.  It's funny to watch her get around the house.  She walks around like she can see.

 I'm sitting in my office at home.  All I can hear is the sound of chickens squawking. I think they are trying to encourage me to feed them.  I know when I go out, it will be like Ace Ventura and the animals flocking to him.  I do know they will squawk before laying an egg.  The roosters are non-stop with their calls!

I Feel Lost

 This week, my phone died.  I could not believe it.  I was looking on it and it goes black.  I have my wife look at it.  She gets it to come back to life and updates it to the Icloud.  I start looking at it again.  Then, it dies again.  This time it is for good.  She called TMobile.  They wanted me to enter passwords.  I could not remember them.  They were on the phone.  Eventually, I used my Ipod to access something.  Because it was under a plan we have, I am able to get a new phone.  Only catch is is that it is the same model, Iphone 11.  If I wanted the newest phone, I would have to pay $300.  I went with the same model.  Now I just need to get it.  I find myself lost without my phone.

The Long Walk

 I took my daughters to see The Long Walk .  I read this stroy when I was a teen.  It did not disappoint.  The guys who Star in this movie did a really good job.  It is not the feel good movie of the year .  It does make you feel for everyone who dies.  If you get emotional, it will cause tears.
